SUBMIT A PROJECT

Submitting a personal project to Artecapt is simple

Once you have registered as a member, please follow these steps:

• Contact us and we will send you ”the project submission form”
• Once completed, send it to secretariat@artecapt.ch
• Please feel free to attach anything that will help us understand your project better (texts, visuals, references, preliminary dossier, etc.)

What happens next?

• Upon receipt of your form, the project management team and our committee will review your application, the concept and purpose of the project, as well as its feasibility.
• Following this review, the committee members will send you the outcome of their meetings: comments, constructive criticism, questions, advice and suggestions.
• Based on this feedback, you will then have the option to:
  – use it as inspiration to refine your project presentation,
  – make an appointment to take things further with Artecapt (collaboration, funding searches, etc.)

By submitting a project to Artecapt, you can count on us to offer you, above all else, a supportive perspective and constructive criticism in the best interests of your project. We are a collaborative and participatory association, whose aim is to promote the sharing of knowledge.
